Self-managed super fund
If the property held by a SMSF is subject to a loan, the Seller is the trustee that is the Security Trustee (usually a Corporate Trustee is the registered property owner), rather than the trustee of the super fund which may be Individual(s) or a Corporate Trustee. The Main Seller Contact must be a director of the Security Trustee or the Security Trustee if the property is subject to a loan.

If the property held by a SMSF is not subject to a loan, the Main Seller Contact must be a trustee of the SMSF whether they are Individual(s) as Tustee(s) or otherwise a director of any Coporate Trustee of the SMSF.
